Special class grades and comments are added on this layout.

Those staff with administrative access manage account information. Class lists are prepared by home room, those assignments are made here. Customization of staff detail is available to meet any school district requirements.

Any student and their report card can be "looked up" by created a Query using a variety of criteria available on this layout. Once a student or list of students are produced, staff uses a simple click to access the student report card.

Report cards are normally printed on a building level. Administrative staff may click a particular home room in the list above, printing all report cards for that teacher.

Future enhancements to Grader include electronic distribution of report cards using a web browser.
